Salary Range: $72,000 - $120,000 per year (DOE)

At Hyundai of Vacaville, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and a top-tier car-buying experience. We are an established Hyundai dealership in Vacaville, CA, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
• Ensure all sales are compliant with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure vehicles are properly priced and presented.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and motivation to the sales team.
• Develop and track performance metrics to ensure the team meets sales targets.
• Collaborate with other departments, including finance, to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Participate in marketing and promotional events to attract new customers.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a successful sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive products and services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
