We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. You’ll be the go-to person for IT support, ensuring seamless technology operations across our organization. If you enjoy problem-solving, working hands-on with technology, and supporting others, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support through the IT helpdesk, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Deploy, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android).

• Install and maintain printers, phones, TVs, security cameras, and network systems.

• Support and expand wireless networks, liaising with ISPs for connectivity services.

• Manage user accounts (Active Directory), device management (MaaS360), and IT asset inventory.

• Document procedures with clear “How-To” guides and maintain accurate system records.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies (antivirus, patching, backups).

• Participate in IT projects such as migrations, rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades.

• Travel to offsite locations as needed (mileage reimbursement provided).

• Associate degree in IT or related field, or certifications such as A+, Network+, Google IT Support, or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).

• 2–3 years of IT support experience.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

• Solid understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, or MDM is a plus.

• Familiarity with IT procurement and vendor management is an advantage.

• Driver's License
