Inside Sales Representative (Exports- Workshop Equipment)

We are on a growth journey – now looking for an Inside Sales Representative with Export experience to our Workshop Equipment sub-segment.

WAECO Germany WSE GmbH is a subsidiary of the Dometic Group AB from Sweden. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter and benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop customers and the automotive industry; and a leading provider of workshop equipment with a clear focus on innovative solutions in the field of automotive air conditioning technology.

Your main responsibilities

•Coordination and processing of customer orders, including export transactions

•Communication and negotiation with customers (domestic and international), freight forwarders, and customs authorities (including processing of customs and export documents in accordance with domestic and international regulations)

•Monitoring and ensuring the timely delivery of goods

•Controlling and optimizing supply chain processes

•Compliance with compliance and safety regulations in international trade

•Supporting cost and risk analysis for international transport

•Administration and master data maintenance

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

• Completed commercial training

•Experience in sales processing for export, logistics, foreign trade

•Experience in customs clearance and international trade regulations

•PC skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP system)

•Written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages (such as Dutch or French) are an advantage

•Hands-on mentality
