What You Can Expect
As our Retail Contract Management Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing and delivering the service management needs of both internal and external customers. This includes managing and reporting all necessary data for customer account creation within our systems. In this role, you will handle the deal closing process, contract validation, and contract setup, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will support a team of thirteen (13) members and contribute to various corporate capital and operational projects. This position is based in Houston, TX, and reports to the Transaction Manager. - Review and report status of critical processes, and lead/represent in meetings
- Create and perform UAT scenarios, and train team members and other teams in job-related processes
- Collaborate with teams to identify and document process and system improvements
- Manage inbound and outbound data elements for account creation and billing setup, ensuring accurate setup within the Service Level Agreement timeline
- Train to serve as backup for all department team members
What You’ll Bring
- You have a background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field
- A minimum of five (5) years’years of relevant experience in Contracting and Billing of Complex Utility products
- You have demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products proficiently
- You will recognize and recommend new technology applications to reduce process costs, improve throughput, enhance company profitability, and increase overall customer satisfaction
- You are a self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure
- You hold the capability to handle multiple assignments timely and accurately
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
Compensation
Salary Range: $74,500 – $104,265 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
