Job Summary
Ensures appropriate coordination of activities related to the development. Facilitates communication between staff and customers. Functions with a moderate level of autonomy.Essential Functions

Serves as the liaison between management and collaborators (customers, community agencies, patients, physicians, MD office staff, etc.)
Ensures that meetings are planned and provided for, including scheduling, space acquisition, readying of materials, preparation of agenda and minutes.
Tracks expenditures.
Maintains office in organized manner.
Maintains accurate and orderly records.
Over sees production of community events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Education - High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience - Experience with insurance and billing preferred
