Senior Analyst, FP&A

Imperial Dade is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Analyst, FP&A to join our dynamic team. As a key partner to the VP, FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's strategic initiatives and financial performance. Responsibilities

You will:

• Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization
• Work closely with senior leaders and department heads through cross-functional collaboration to optimize financial performance and drive growth
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities

Qualifications

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• An MBA or relevant certification (CFA/CPA) is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or FP&A
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
• Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Base salary can range up to $120K.
