EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related field and five years' experience in administrative coordination; or, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Develops and executes recruitment and admissions programs, policies and processes with the School's mission, goals, diversity interests, and curriculum. 2. Analyzes, evaluates and re-designs recruitment and admissions processes and trends for continuous quality improvement. 3. Develops and directs a strategic communications plan that actively engages internal and external stakeholders in support of admitting and educating a diverse student body. 4. Directs Admissions operations with other units. 5. Plans and directs the applicant interview season and interview process. 6. Builds collaborative relationships with external college and university. 7. Independently responsible for creation of Admissions materials. Ensures consistency of messaging across marketing materials and other key communications. 8. Analyzes data to validate policies and procedures, engage key stakeholders, and drive decision-making. 9. Responsible for alignment of processes, procedures and application of admissions guidelines with ARC-PA requirements. 10. Directs communication of admissions decisions in a clear and timely manner. Advises and counsels students with sensitivity, supports applicants in identifying areas of deficiency. 11. Leads meetings, Committees, and determines agenda items to ensure compliance with ARC-PA admissions guidelines. 12. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
