You will help plan and execute virtual events, support our awards program and contribute to our sales enablement efforts.</span><br/><span>Additionally, you will assist an experienced team with a range of communications, enablement and data reference activities: </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Actively engage in the design and content management of internal assets (newsletters, emails, and SharePoint pages)</span></li> <li><span>Professional writing, editing, and proofreading of internal and external communications</span></li> <li><span>Engage with key stakeholders throughout various levels of the organization to ensure alignment on strategic programs when applicable</span></li> <li><span>Support various strategic projects from planning, execution, and measuring/tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>What you bring</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>We’re looking for someone who is detail-orientated, takes initiative, and stays curious. You enjoy working with people from different disciplines and cultures, and contributing to the team’s and the company’s mission.  </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Recent graduate or student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences</span></li> <li><span>Preferred fields of study: Business, Marketing or Communications</span></li> <li><span>Ability to manage projects and timelines, following up with key stakeholders</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills</span></li> <li><span>Detail-orientated and interested in project management </span></li> <li><span>Curious and eager to learn</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated self-starter</span></li> <li><span>Interested in the technology and software industry </span></li> <li><span>Computer skills: Advanced</span></li> <li><span>Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Suite</span></li> <li><span>Language skills: fluent in English, and German as a plus</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>Meet your team</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>The Global Customer References &amp; Advocates organization helps drive revenue, increase brand perception, and improve customer loyalty by creating and nurturing lasting impactful relationships with customers.
