Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Data Entry & Office Support to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY:  This position provides support for the entire Occupational health /Employee Health Program and requires a passionate commitment of core values and behaviors. Responsibilities - answering phones, general secretarial duties to include coping/scanning/uploading documents, making claimant folders and follow ups to clinics and specialists. Qualifications

Education/Certification:  Must be a high school graduate or an accredited secondary educational system. Must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, & Outlook). Knowledge of basic Workers Compensation and medical terminology is essential. Must have a current driver’s license.

Experience:   Knowledge of Workers Comp. and Medical Terminology.
