Classroom Trainer

The Training Facilitator delivers effective, hands-on training for meat processing plant employees, ensuring they understand and follow company procedures, food safety regulations, and workplace safety standards, while supporting skill development to enhance production performance and ensure compliance.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire orientations, GMP, HACCP, safety, and job-specific training for production staff.
• Deliver bilingual (English/Spanish) training when needed; adapt methods for diverse learning styles.
• Maintain and update training logs, certifications, and compliance records.
• Partner with supervisors to identify training needs and update materials accordingly.
• Reinforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards during all training sessions.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to employees requiring additional guidance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; training or instructional experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of meat processing operations, GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and work in varying temperatures.
