Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex IT projects, including a large-scale migration from on-premise systems to Google’s Advanced Data Lake
• Oversee end-to-end project execution—from planning to delivery—ensuring all goals are met on time and within budget (up to $5M)
• Manage stakeholder communications across divisions and governance bodies, building alignment and driving action
• Run pre-configured metric reports to support divisional performance tracking and executive decision-making
• Serve as the subject matter expert on project management best practices and PMI methodologies
• Facilitate problem-solving with senior technical teams and support long-term strategic planning
• Strictly adhere to institutional budget and project management guidelines

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects (or 7+ years with a Master’s; 12+ years with an Associate’s)
• Deep knowledge of PMI Process Groups and a proven track record leading multi-faceted IT initiatives
• PMP Certification (required)
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders, technical teams, and priorities
• Experience navigating matrixed environments with vendor/contractor teams

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, especially Advanced Data Lake projects
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments
• Experience leading enterprise data modernization or analytics transformation efforts

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience
• OR Master’s Degree with 7+ years
• OR Associate’s Degree with 12+ years
• PMP Certification is required (or must be obtained within 3 years of hire)
