About the Role:
As a Field Marketing Manager at Camunda, you will be responsible for designing and executing regional marketing programs that increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline development within key North American territories. We’re seeking curious, data-driven team players who thrive on building campaigns that resonate with local audiences and support our growth objectives. Your efforts will help position Camunda as a leader in the process automation space across the region.
What you'll be doing:
Working closely with the NA Sales Teams, develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and accelerate revenue across key accounts and verticals
Partner with Events to organize tradeshows, customer meetups, executive dinners, and roadshows that increase brand awareness and deepen relationships with the Camunda community, customers, and partners
Drive registrants and attendees to Camunda’s flagship NA event, CamundaCon
Collaborate with ADRs and AEs to support ABM and outbound sales cadences through tailored programs, campaigns, and field activities
Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness with a focus on pipeline impact, sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs), and ROI. Use insights to continuously improve tactics and strategies
What you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related program with a minimum of 5 years of Field Marketing experience.
Strong Organizational Skills: You have excellent organizational skills, you are resilient under pressure and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver on agreed timelines.
Strong communication, support and collaboration skills: both verbal and written with team members, stakeholders & external partners.
Willingness to travel: Some domestic and international travel required.
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
Nice-to-haves:
Tech Skills: Experience with software tools commonly used in Field Marketing such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana, Confluence or Airtable and a variety of event platforms.
Strong Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in a remote environment. Team Player.
Self-Motivated: Demonstration of ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Take initiative in suggesting improvements and optimizations for event management processes.
