THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive meaningful results? At Astara, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping our data-driven future.

In this role, you’ll use your expertise to build advanced data solutions, create powerful dashboards, and deliver insights that help teams across the organization make smarter, faster decisions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design Smart Data Models: Create and manage efficient, scalable data models to meet business needs.

• Build Reliable Data Pipelines: Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data is accurate, clean, and ready to use.

• Develop Dashboards: Use Power BI to create interactive reports that make data easy to understand and act on.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with colleagues to understand their needs and turn ideas into practical data solutions

• Ensure Data Excellence: Monitor data accuracy, follow governance standards, and keep systems running smoothly.

• Bring innovation: Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve processes, saving time and boosting efficiency.

• Share Your Expertise: Support your team and stakeholders with technical advice and best practices

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Experience: At least 3 years in data analytics or a similar role.

• Technical Skills: Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and databases.

• BI Knowledge: Proficiency in Power BI (experience with other tools is a plus).

• SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with technologies like Azure Stack or SAP.

• Analytical Mindset: A talent for turning complex data into simple, actionable insights.

• Proactivity: A goal-driven, problem-solving attitude that gets results.

• English Skills: Advanced English communication (spoken and written).
