Job Description:

Club 33 is a private membership club that offers a distinctive VIP experience throughout the Disneyland Resort. Conceived by Walt Disney and maintained by generations committed to his vision, Club 33 has exclusively served Members since its inception and offers its members opportunities for fine dining, special events, personalized experiences, and access to the Happiest Place on Earth. 

This role will provide overall support and assistance with the administration operations of Club 33 and its membership base. This includes new member acquisition, onboarding, retention, member communications and guidelines enforcement, and membership database management. A key to the role's success is partnering with multiple lines of business and acting as a liaison to administrative and support teams to deliver a comprehensive membership experience on par with the Disney brand.

This position reports to the Club 33 Senior Manager, Membership Experience & Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary knowledge resource of all Club 33 Member benefits, guidelines, and systems, and facilitate enforcement as needed.
  • Conduct new member acquisition, meet and greet, and onboarding process.
  • Establish membership accounts, coordinating with lines of business such as Finance, Ticketing, and Member Services.
  • Collaborate with the Club 33 Administration Team to develop and implement strategies to drive membership, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct the annual Membership renewal process, including collaboration with Finance and lines of business partners to ensure timely delivery of renewal invoices and Member communications.
  • Manage all aspects of the database related to membership operations and essential functions to support the internal systems, technologies, and procedures of the membership department.
  • Assist with tracking and analyzing membership, engagement, and affiliate KPIs.
  • Establish solid working relationships with Club 33 Operations and Culinary teams to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen the overall foundation of the Club for its Members.
  • Coordinate day-to-day responsibilities related to Member-related finances and Club 33 administration processes.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and ensure member satisfaction.
  • Provide Members the opportunity to share feedback in an open forum and take appropriate action as necessary.
  • Coordinate frequent communication with members via multiple forms of media, such as websites, emails, personal letters, and phone conversations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in club membership, business development, or related field.
  • Demonstrate business acumen.
  • Demonstrate a passion for Guest service and commitment to Cast Members.
  • Demonstrate a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the talent to write in an elegant tone and style that meets the expectations of a private membership club. Demonstrate strong networking skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to deal effectively with conflict.
  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrate a consistent level of discretionary decision-making and confidentiality.
  • Strong knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and Zoom.

  • Related internal experience
  • Disney-related leadership experience

Required Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience

The hiring range for this position is $77,000-$93,800.00 The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
