We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing, highly entrepreneurial team with a one-of-a-kind pharma industry specialized opportunity. You will have a chance to work within the multicultural space focused on Hispanic and African American markets.This role will require occasional commuting to the Cedar Knolls, NJ office. What it takes:

• An understanding of digital workflow

Know how:

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years of project management experience in an agency is required, preferably in healthcare advertising
• Both print and digital project management experience
• Management of projects from simple to complex, including experience managing digital development projects 
• Creating project schedules and status updates to guarantee deliverables are completed on time 
• Management of the implementation of applications is a plus
• Experience assembling and managing estimates to ensure deliverables are on budget
• Help champion improvement to processes and project management best practices  
• Proficient in project management applications; Mac experience helpful
• Knowledge of web & film production
• Social media marketing knowledge

Big Pluses (but not mandatories):

• Knowledge of African American & Hispanic market
