Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the search process for the full life-cycle of assigned engineering searches – from intake, sourcing, interviewing, debrief and selection, to offer recommendation and presentation
• Develop and execute creative strategic sourcing strategies to attract passive and active engineering candidates
• Source and build robust talent pools by leveraging diverse and innovative channels
• Partner with hiring managers to create co
