Senior Maintenance Engineer

Your roles & responsibilities:

• Ensuring the technical availability of machines and equipment in the production area
• ​​​​​​​Monitors the proper execution of maintenance plans
• Prepare technical maintenance instructions; documents critical interventions, by creating troubleshooting guides
• Periodically performs Pareto analysis of downtimes and defines preventive actions
• Follows the performance indicators of the production department, and defines corrective actions, in case of exceeding the indicators.
• Take actions to improve the equipment, to increase their availability
• Plans and monitors preventive and correct maintenance activities
• It intervenes directly in the equipment, for the fastest possible remediation of interventions in case of anomalies
• Follows and respects the maintenance budget
• Participate in the continuous improvement activity, within the interdepartmental meetings
• It provides the technical expertise of the maintenance team
• Actively participates in operational meetings in the factory

 

 

Your skills & strengths:

• Technical university studies Work experience as a maintenance engineer, minimum 10 years.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, electricity and sensors
• Knowledge of the English language (advanced writing/reading level)
• Intermediate knowledge of automation and Siemens PLC programming
• Flexible, resilient and open to change
