Your key responsibilities

• Jump in and assist our awesome compounding operators with their routine tasks, from Start-up and Shut-Down to Operation Clean Up and Troubleshooting – making every day an adventure!
• Embrace and follow all safety guidelines to keep our team and environment safe, while complying with local, state, and federal laws.
• Dive into downtime/turnaround activities within the department to ensure we’re always ready to rock and roll with minimal start-up/ramp-up time!
• Lead the charge on cross-functional improvement projects using exciting lean tools and methodologies like value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and standard work development.
• Inspire and empower your teammates by training and coaching them in SOPs, lean principles, tools, and techniques to create a vibrant culture of continuous improvement.
• Keep the momentum going by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make dynamic adjustments for ongoing awesomeness!

• Bring your high school diploma, GED, or 5 years of manufacturing experience and join us for an exciting journey!
• Show off your knowledge of computers, calculators, PPE, sampling and testing equipment, and your sharp mathematical skills.
• Get hands-on with our equipment, operating it both remotely from a computer interface and locally – making every day a tech-savvy adventure!
• Stay organized and shine with your clear and effective communication skills, connecting seamlessly with both hourly and salaried team members.
• Put your knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint to good use in our dynamic environment.
