This SAP platform is continuously extended to additional customers and warehouses. In addition, we are running a S/4HANA Landscape in SAP Private Cloud (RISE). We also run several legacy Oracle-based SAP ERP systems on premise.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Your Role</span></strong><span><br/>As a Senior SAP Basis Specialist, you will have comprehensive expertise in all components related to SAP Basis Business.</span></p> <p><span>In our Basis team, you will manage our hosting partner's change requests and activities. </span></p> <p><span>Your role is to support the business with performance analysis including SAP- and network components.<br/>You will support projects with authorization concepts and role-design as well as performing basis configuration tasks like setting up technical  interfaces.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Your responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Working in an agile team on multiple projects as a competent SAP basis-consultant understanding the requirements of the project and providing technical solutions</span></li> <li><span>Performing daily maintenance-tasks for 14 productive SAP-Landscapes including monitoring, performance-analysis and error-clearing</span></li> <li><span>Driving our hosting-partner with technical requests in alignment with DSV infrastructure- and security-department</span></li> <li><span>Understanding the special requirements of a multi-client S/4 HANA-System working for warehouses in several timezones</span></li> <li><span>Supporting warehouses using Jira as incident- and problemmanagement-tool</span></li> <li><span>Configure interfaces for modern communication using API, BSP, Fiori as well as for legacy ways like RFC, FTP</span></li> <li><span>Configure printers in SAP and on MS Windows-based printservers</span></li> <li><span>Using Solution Manager for monitoring and EWA-analysis</span></li> <li><span>Customize archiving objects according to the defined archiving-concept and control the result of the archiving-jobs on a weekly base</span></li> <li><span>Evaluation of IT systems, feasibility measurement, cost estimation</span></li> <li><span>Go-Live support and 3rd level support after closing project</span></li> <li><span>Support project organization for integration- and user acceptance test including statistics for system-performance and load</span></li> <li><span>Provide system and interface documentation </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Our requirements:</span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>At least 5+ years of SAP Basis experience (certification welcome!)</span></li> <li><span>Deep knowledge of the components that make up an SAP system: Basis system, interfaces, processes, kernel</span></li> <li><span>You are able to evaluate requirements and (change) requests in a Basis context</span></li> <li><span>Good Knowledge of HANA and Oracle databases and experience with S/4 HANA systems</span></li> <li><span>System tuning and performance analysis</span></li> <li><span>System security (connections, logon security, patch day, hot notes)Connections to other systems (RFC, FTP, API, SAP Gateway)</span></li> <li><span>You are a team-player and have good communication skills </span></li> <li><span>English on C1 – business fluent, spoken and written.
