The Manager of Human Resources for Workday HRIS will coordinate the expansion, development, and advancement of existing business systems (Workday ERP) in tandem with the Information Technology Department and other stakeholders. The Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Health System’s HR software system, ensuring accurate data management related to employee information like recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and performance management, by implementing, updating, and troubleshooting the system to support efficient HR processes across the organization.EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field like human resource management, business administration, or information technology, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Workday Certification in HCM along with the following Workday experience preferred:
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
- HCM Functionality
- Detailed understanding of Workday module functionality and configuration
- Experience creating advanced, composite, matrix, and trending reports and dashboards
WORK EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS (e.g., Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Compensation), including expertise in database management, analytics, and a strong understanding of HR processes.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining team standards is essential.
- Experience with system testing
- Extensive working knowledge of Workday, including HCM, Recruitment, and Compensation.
- Strong understanding of broad Human Resource systems and data flow.
- Project management skills for system implementations and upgrades.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong decision-making skills while balancing business requirements and technology roadmaps.
- Effective communication skills to manage Workday project stakeholders
