What You’ll Do
- Implement assigned corporate social responsibility initiatives and leverage current programs to drive and support specific aspects of our CSR strategy.
- Collaborate with colleagues, peers, and leaders to build a culture within the CSR function to reach established goals.
- Track key metrics of progress toward goals, and make adjustments to strategy and programs to achieve desired goals.
- Support our partnership and programs with community-based organizations
- Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders to deliver strategies that increase and sustain CSR engagement
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience or education in corporate social responsibility work is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization as well as with external partners
