Unit Summary:
Cardiac rehabilitation focuses on healing one's physical and emotional health following a heart attack or heart surgery. Through exercises and education, it can also improve the overall quality of life for people with a chronic heart condition like angina or coronary artery disease. With the support of nurses, exercise physiologists, dietitians, counselors and physical therapists, we can offer people a new beat on life.
Hours:
20 hours/week- 2 10-hour shifts
Monday-Friday availability
No weekends or holidays!
Minimum Qualifications:
Massachusetts RN Licensure.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
ACLS
Associates Required
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Cardio Vascular Nursing experience prefererred
