Essential Functions

Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals and skilled trades members.
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Safety, and Operations teams to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies that reduce downtime and improve productivity.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance.
Utilize technology, automation, data analytics, and emerging AI tools to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
Establish priorities, make timely decisions, and foster a culture of urgency and accountability.
Coach and mentor team members while building strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and long-term maintenance planning.
Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis efforts related to equipment, processes, and operational performance.
Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
Demonstrated leadership experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance systems, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to drive results through others while maintaining strong relationships and team engagement.
