Job Summary:

The My Epic Gear and Rental Delivery Store Manager leads the day-to-day operation of the My Epic Gear and Rental Delivery programs for Stowe Mountain Resorts. This position is responsible for the overall management of multiple in-market locations including performance management and supervision of staff, financial management, hiring, training, and scheduling.

As the Store Manager of My Epic Gear and Rental Delivery at Stowe, you will hire, lead, and develop the store staff while executing company strategies to ensure an experience of a lifetime for Members and Employees. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn multiple software programs, and the ability to manage multiple locations and team members. You will also be responsible for fostering an inclusive environment that focuses on our best-in-class customer experience and aligns with our brand's values.

 

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $45,424.08 - $68,219.75 + annual bonus
• Employment Type: Year Round
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the execution of My Epic Gear and Rental delivery to ensure operations are compliant, accurate and efficient.
• Lead daily operations, monitoring performance and budget including scheduling and payroll. Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of a Store Manager.
• Monitor team performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition or correction action if necessary
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide excellent customer service through timely response to customer questions, suggestions, complaints, and recognition
• Participate with leadership forums providing feedback and input on store performance, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Oversee all daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Oversee and assist with gear preparations and delivery for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations
• Ensure member/guest satisfaction through timely response to inquiries, suggestions and or complaints
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance and minimize shrink of company assets
• Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of a Rental Delivery Vehicle Fleet
• Other duties as assigned
