THE JOB:

As a Food Server at Bavette’s, you’ll be at the center of the guest experience—guiding guests through their meal from first impression to final check with confidence, warmth, and precision. In this acclaimed Chicago classic now energizing the Las Vegas dining scene, you’ll take and deliver orders, maintain immaculate tables, anticipate guest needs, and ensure every detail of service exceeds expectations. Set against Bavette’s signature blend of French flair, timeless steakhouse fare, and vibrant atmosphere, this role is perfect for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, polished environment and take pride in creating memorable dining moments.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.4497 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations

• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 5+ years of prior relevant food and beverage experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience preferred

• Fine dining experience preferred

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
