Or external certification in project management.</p></li><li><p>Has experience in working in a (technical) industrial service environment with process improvement processes within scope</p></li><li><p>Has knowledge of / experience with Lean is preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Personal skills</h2><ul><li><p>Stakeholder management and professional relationship building skills. Example: able to adjust communication style (like active listening, constructive feedback) based on audience to drive the change (influencing without power). Delivers fact-based and well-structured messages in a range of different formats, e.g. presentation, written messages;</p></li><li><p>Has a passion for Continuous Improvement and exhibits a ‘there must be a better way, why don’t we try …’ mentality, can think outside the box.
