Head of AI Operating System

This is a highly strategic, hands-on executive role responsible for designing and building an internal Agentic AI Operating System that transforms how a modern SaaS organization operates. You will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to architect an AI-native operating model that connects data, systems, and workflows across every business function. The role blends executive leadership with deep technical execution, requiring the ability to move seamlessly from board-level strategy discussions to hands-on system design and rapid prototyping. You will lead cross-functional “AI champions” embedded across the organization to identify, build, and scale high-impact automation opportunities. Success in this role directly translates into measurable EBITDA growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer experience.
