You Have: 

• 4+ years of experience in technical and project management, supporting Information Technology (IT) projects or programs, including risk, cost, schedule, and performance
• 2+ years of experience with MBSE tools such as MagicDraw, to record solution system engineering information
• Experience developing and implementing test plans and procedures, and reviewing changes and operations of network systems
• Experience architecting and designing complex systems
• Experience with data element mapping to requirements and capability functions
• Ability to develop requirements and technical solutions
• Ability to research and resolve issues in systems implementations and configurations
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience leading systems design and development, or 7+ years of experience leading systems design and development in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience in technical engineering leadership roles, including leading technically varied teams for successful deliveries on complex engineering programs to support products, services, and operations
• Ability to work successfully as part of a matrixed team

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
