Sr. Project Lead, Supply Redundancy

Overview
The Sr. Project Lead will be responsible for the scope development, prioritization, process management, budget and cross-functional leadership of supplier programs including but not limited to Supply Transformation, Supply Redundancy, and Specification Optimization. In addition, this role will act as a facilitator between Supply Chain, Operators and Key Stakeholders in Menu, CMI, Restaurant Financial Systems, Restaurant Food Safety, Production Design, Lean Quality Systems, Corporate Communications and Legal by stewarding and influencing enterprise initiatives driven to optimize Supplier Quality & Safety and Supply Continuity. They will also serve as the thought leader on program systems, tools, KPI reporting and change management.
Responsibilities
- Builds out a strategic Roadmap and optimizes RAPID process
- Aligns organizational leaders on project scope, sequencing, resourcing and funding
- Responsible for recommending, influencing, implementing, and supporting a portfolio of Supplier Quality & Supply Continuity projects that protect the brand and ensure trusted supply of both short-term improvements and long-term solutions
- Accountable to organizational stewardship by building out and managing Chick-fil-A, Inc. program budgets and project specific financial impact to Restaurants
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3.5 or higher GPA in business, Consulting, Communications, marketing, supply chain or related field
- 7+ years experience
- Success in this role requires 7+ years proven experience in building and/or managing programs,
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to work collaboratively at all levels to influence and align stakeholders and leaders throughout the organization
- Ability to lead a cross functional team towards a common goal
- Possesses Supply Chain Management knowledge and expertise
- Ability to understand total organizational impact of Supply Chain initiatives, Skilled at problem solving and conflict management, Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation
- Prior Chick-fil-A experience with relationship equity or prior experience with larger scale program management in the Restaurant industry is a must
- Supply Chain Project Management experience preferred
- Must be highly organized and have a solid understand of Marketing/Menu & Packaging and excellent communication/presentation skills
