About the role

The AMER Livestream Coordinator provides customer-centric intake management, calendar, organizational, reporting, and administrative support to the IT Services Event Productions, global Livestream team and its customers. The primary focus is to support intake operations and scheduling of customer event requests. A successful candidate will be able to step seamlessly into a corporate livestream environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, impeccable customer service attitude, and be energetically driven to serve our customers and the team.

Key job responsibilities
• Daily customer communication support and management
• Regular scheduling of customer requests and meetings management
• Maintains multiple livestream operations calendars
• Manages and hosts meetings effectively; provides supporting documentation and aligns stakeholders
• Improves efficiencies, and works to optimize processes
• Coordinates project-related data and reporting
• Works on defined projects, with straightforward goals
• Able to identify blockers, and facilitate progress

Basic Qualifications


• 2+ years in project management
• Familiarity with corporate environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
• Complex calendar management experience
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite. Optional, SharePoint or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating with a diverse audience, including the ability to propose solutions and explanations in writing
• Experience with livestreaming
• Familiarity with virtual events
• Familiarity with video editing
• Experience taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with event management processes
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and systems
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite. Optional, SharePoint, Visio, Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $110,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
