The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Director-Service Transformation

Primary Tasks:

  • Identify and prioritize the Transformation roadmap for the specific Business area.
  • Oversee the overall program, ensuring successful delivery of objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues and provide timely escalation and resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define and implement transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and drive execution plans for high-impact transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure transformation efforts are well-coordinated and aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 8+ years’ experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in large-scale technology transformations.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master’s preferred.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
