Executive Administrative Assistant
Supporting: Executive Director, Workforce Center of Excellence

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Natcast's Workforce Center of Excellence (WCoE), a key component of our mission to advance U.S. leadership in semiconductor design and manufacturing through workforce development initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a skilled semiconductor workforce while supporting executive-level operations in our nation's capital.
Every day, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings with industry leaders and government officials, handle correspondence, and assist with the preparation of materials related to semiconductor workforce development programs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the WCoE and supporting its mission to address the critical skills gap in the semiconductor industry.

The Workforce Center of Excellence is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative programs to build a skilled semiconductor workforce, collaborating with industry partners, educational institutions, and government agencies.
The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the WCoE's initiatives to create a robust talent pipeline for the U.S. semiconductor industry, contributing to the nation's technological leadership and economic security.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Executive Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize critical issues requiring immediate attention
Coordinate meetings and events with industry partners, educational institutions, and government officials
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the Executive Director
Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents related to workforce development initiatives
Assist in the preparation for Natcast board meetings and other high-level events
Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for the Executive Director and other Senior WCoE team members
Organize and maintain business process documentation for workforce development programs and initiatives
Assist in the preparation of materials for program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and strategic planning sessions
Coordinate cross-functional communication and follow up on action items from leadership meetings
Support special projects as assigned by the Executive Director
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information related to workforce initiatives and partnerships
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
8+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a policy, education, or technology-focused organization
Excellent meeting organization and facilitation skills with the ability to professionally interact with high level government and industry officials, and their teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
