We are seeking a creative and strategic Employer Branding Expert (f/m/d) to join our HR team. This role focuses on strengthening our employer brand both internally and externally, fostering a positive company culture, and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.

What you will do

1. Internal Branding & Culture:
   • Develop and promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in line with company values.
   • Enhance employee engagement through surveys, focus groups, onboarding programs, and recognition initiatives.
   • Create and manage internal communication content, such as newsletters and success stories, to reinforce culture and achievements.
2. External Employer Branding:
   • Develop and execute strategies to promote the company as a top employer.
   • Manage the careers page, job postings, and social media campaigns.
   • Build partnerships with universities and participate in career events.
3. Content Creation & Reputation Management:
   • Create content (blogs, videos, testimonials) showcasing company culture and employee experiences.
   • Monitor and respond to employer reviews on platforms like Glassdoor.
   • Drive employee advocacy programs to amplify the brand message.
4. Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
   • Track key metrics such as engagement rates, application rates, and campaign performance.
   • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

You will be great for this position if you have
