✨ Now Hiring: Memory Care Nurse (RN) – Make a Difference Every Day! ✨

Are you a compassionate nurse who loves making meaningful connections? Join our Memory Care team at Friendship Village Tempe, where you’ll lead with heart, support your team, and provide exceptional care to our residents.

 

✨ Schedule: as needed only, possible shifts include 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm and 10:00pm-6:00am

✨ Pay:  $36.23-$39.85  (DOE)

 

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support Med Techs & Resident Assistants in daily care and activities
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and care plans
• Provide hands-on nursing care and ensure top-quality service for residents
• Train and mentor staff to deliver confident, compassionate care
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance programs and resident outcomes
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and family communication
• Keep documentation, schedules, and care plans organized and up to date
• Be a key part of a positive, team-driven, hospitality-focused culture

✨ What You Bring:

• RN license (AZ or compact state)
• CPR & First Aid certification
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Passion for working with seniors, especially in memory care
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience in long-term care (preferred)
