About Us: Core One is actively seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Counterintelligence Administrative Specialist. This role plays a critical part in managing sensitive operational items and documents, ensuring the highest levels of security throughout their operational life cycle. This role requires and active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility. Please note that this position's availability is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing, tracking, accountability, and inventory of sensitive operational items and documents, ensuring their secure management throughout the operational life cycle.
- Provide administrative and security support for diverse operational and administrative tasks, including correspondence, file maintenance, and administrative reports.
- Apply the organization's Identity and Signature Management Program as an integral component of daily responsibilities.
- The Contractor shall prepare, coordinate, and staff a wide variety of operational and administrative correspondence.
- Interface with the Intelligence Community as directed by the Government.
- Maintain office files and prepare administrative reports in adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Support the organization's OPSEC/Identity and Signature Management initiatives, safeguarding Critical Information in alignment with unit CI, Intelligence Oversight, OPSEC guidance, and security classification guides.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the organization, allowing for comprehensive explanations of unit mission, activities, and capabilities.
- Update the Government's databases, intelligence files, and other required documents to ensure the successful completion of the mission.
- Provide advice and assistance to develop signature reduction and identity management concepts and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a government or industry CI Analysis related security field, with focus on DoD 5105 series of publications and various implementing instructions.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility is essential.
- Valid driver's license is required.
