In Africa, Nutreco's main activities are the sale of fish feed (Skretting brand) as well as premixes, feed additives, concentrates and special diets for animals (Trouw Nutrition brand). In addition to European exports, a rapidly growing proportion of products are produced locally in African countries, including Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa and Kenya.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead commercial strategy and execution across French-speaking Africa. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with deep knowledge of animal nutrition and a passion for sustainable agricultural development. Responsibilities:

• Define and implement regional commercial strategy aligned with Nutreco Africa's objectives.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans and budgets across key product lines and territories.
• Lead and motivate a regional field sales team, ensuring alignment with internal departments.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive key account management for sustainable growth.
• Provide monthly reporting on market activity, sales forecasts, and commercial performance.
• Lead business development initiatives in emerging markets including farmer training and distributor support.
• Monitor and control budgets, taking corrective action to meet KPIs and performance targets.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree, ideally in Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, or Agricultural Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the animal nutrition sector, preferably in emerging markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to deliver growth and manage budgets.
• Solid technical knowledge in animal and veterinary nutrition; marketing skills a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with travel across Central, West, and North Africa.
• Fluent in French, with a good command of English; experience in international environments preferred.
