We raised $280 million at a $1.5 billion valuation from Softbank, Mastercard, and other investors in 2021. <br/>Learn more @ <a href="http://www.zeta.tech/">www.zeta.tech</a>, <a href="https://careers.zeta.tech/">careers.zeta.tech</a>, <a href="https://in.linkedin.com/company/zetasuite">Linkedin</a>, <a href="https://twitter.com/zetasuite">Twitter</a>, <a href="https://www.zeta.tech/us/press">Press Room</a> <h3>What is the Job like?</h3> <ul> <li>The System Reliability Engineer is responsible for 24/7 availability for Zeta’s, a cloud SaaS</li><li>Support and sustain customer facing Platform issues</li><li>Front line support for Monitoring – Infrastructure and Application</li><li>Respond, troubleshoot and resolve production alerts</li><li>Communicate and troubleshoot operational issues supporting a complex environment</li><li>Initiate Incident Response Resolution for outages</li><li>Analyze trends to pro-actively prevent incidents</li><li>Respond to product escalations from Support as well as Engineering</li><li>Scale infrastructure capacity on production</li><li>Participate in Cloud Updates and Maintenance</li><li>Assist in security vulnerability and remediation</li><li>Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible environment</li><li>Participation in an on-call rotation and operate effectively in a global 24x7 environment</li><li>Must be able to work extended hours as needed including being available for off hours</li><li>Production support</li><li>Ability to think outside-of-the-box to generate creative solutions to problems</li><li>Requires the ability to multitask and work well under pressure</li><li>Must be good in communications skills, both verbal and written</li></ul> <h3>Required Credentials</h3> <ul> <li>Cloud certified or trained (AWS/Azure/GCP)</li><li>Kubernetes Certified or trained or k8 administration/deployment skillset (CKA/CKAD/CKS)</li><li>Red Hat Certified or equivalent Linux administration skillset or trained</li></ul> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in software engineering, software development, or system operations</li><li>Experience with Cloud, e.g. (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)</li><li>Experience building, and operating large-scale production systems with stringent SLOs &amp; SLAs.</li><li>Experience in programming/scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, Go, Java,</li><li>etc)</li><li>Experience with system observability tools like ELK/EFK, Prometheus,</li><li>Grafana, alert manager, Sysdig, Datadog, NewRelic, Zabbix etc..</li><li>Experience with Infrastructure as code &amp; Configuration management with tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible.</li><li>Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) and release orchestration - Jenkins, ArgoCD, AWS Pipeline, GitLab, GitHub Actions etc..</li><li>Microservices and Container Orchestration using Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE</li><li>Experience with Nginx or HAProxy or Kong</li><li>Implementing system security using IAM, AWS SSO, container security, Cloud KMS etc..</li><li>Debugging complex problems across an entire stack.</li><li>Conducting Post-Incident Reviews or root cause analysis.</li><li>Experience with Content Delivery Network &amp; WAF will be an added advantage(eg., AWS CDN, AWS WAF, Cloudflare, etc..)</li></ul>Life At ZetaAt Zeta, we want you to grow to be the best version of yourself by unlocking the great potential that lies within you.
