Role Overview 

The Developer is responsible for using their knowledge of programming languages to design software programs. Their duties include determining software needs, coding and testing software to ensure functionality, and updating software programs to refine components like cybersecurity measures and data storage capacities. 

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications 
• Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces 
• Direct system testing and validation procedures 
• Direct software programming and documentation development 
• Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems 
• Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements 
• Test and deploy programs and applications 
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software 
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance 
• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products 
• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects 
• Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status. 
• Performs additional duties as assigned or required. 

Requirements

 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, equivalent experience or related degree. 
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle. 
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or related technologies. 
• Knowledge of database backend such as Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server or other database platforms. 
• Systems integrations using Azure Data Factory, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs or similar solutions.? 
• A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to develop unit tests for code components or complete applications. 
• Creativity is a valuable asset. 
• Willingness to learn new programming languages, gather feedback, and improve existing software. 
• Experience working on various software development projects. 
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment. 
• A detail-oriented work style, comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach.  
• Physical requirements: ability to sit at a computer desk for a full shift.  
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.
