Job Summary
The Clinical Ancillary Supplies Specialist is responsible for performing the day-to-day job functions related to all or specified aspects of the ancillary supplies operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day ancillary supplies tasks with a focus on priorities, pulling orders, and data inputs.
• Maintains stock and inventory in organized system as predefined.
• Responsible for receiving product into inventory, assisting with cycle counts and quarantine activities.
• Familiar with and able to transact within the ERP system.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements improvements as needed.
• Assists with preparation of supply shipments.
• Maintains a clean, 6S work environment
• Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
Education/Experience/Skills Required:
• High School Diploma/GED with 1-2 years experience in a regulated inventory environment preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer experience required, with knowledge of ERP systems (MS Nav or D365), preferred.
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. 4-5 times per day; must transfer shipping materials up to 30 lbs. 20 - 30 times per day;
• Ability to use hand truck, narrow isle reach truck and/or pallet jack and possess eye-hand coordination and hand manipulation.
Working Hours/Locations:
• Monday - Friday, 830am - 5pm
• Johnson City, TN
