Product Manager

Our partner in Phoenix, AZ, is currently seeking an experienced Product Manager for their Financial Services team. This position involves defining and executing the product roadmap, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap.
• Conduct market research and gather customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Set and track key performance indicators for the product line.
• Communicate product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with some exposure to Fintech.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Strong analytical skills, leveraging data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Technical background or experience working with engineering teams.
• Experience in a related industry (e.g., software, technology, PEO, ASO).
