Job Description:

Primary Function: Counsels and advises students and parents on eligibility for various financial aid programs and alternative ways of financing college through various communication methods; responsible for the customer service functions within the office, serves as the liaison to Admissions to assist with visit and outreach events; assists in retention efforts with offices across campus; and organizes and participates in financial aid outreach functions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least one year of experience counseling students in higher education; and evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills including public speaking experience required. Bilingual speaking skills preferred. Student experience will be considered.
