Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and strategic, systems-loving, and number-crunching cross-functional marketing leader to join our dynamic team at Trulioo. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning our marketing efforts with our strategic priorities, gathering insights for performance analysis all while ensuring systems are operating as designed along the way. This senior role will also be responsible for supporting the CMO and team in various essential functions such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning, communications & reporting.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with CMO to manage priorities on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development and other critical projects.
  • Ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor progress and make data-driven recommendations to refine strategies as needed.
  • Gather inputs and data to prepare regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) reviews and analysis (i.e. decks) of the marketing team's performance.
  • Work with Marketing and Revenue Operations + Data Science as needed to ensure comprehensive reports and dashboards are in place to track key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement adjustments and optimizations based on performance data (from prior reports & dashboards).
  • Operate as POC for CMO on budget management, team coordination, and project coordination as needed.
  • Play a crucial role in ensuring that the marketing department operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to align and optimize the execution of strategy; jointly spearhead weekly/monthly quarterly reporting.
  • Support the CMO and the broader marketing leadership team in various important and functional tasks.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration and drive results.
