Praetorian Power Protection, a NETA-certified company specializing in electrical testing and data center staff augmentation, is searching for a Regional Field Superintendent to join our team in the Pacific Northwest.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Field Superintendent to join our team, operating between Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR. This role combines 20% management responsibilities with 80% field testing, overseeing staff and ensuring high-quality electrical testing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Testing (80%):
• Perform electrical testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting in compliance with NETA standards.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations during field operations.
• Management (20%):
• Supervise and mentor a team of field technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and logistics between Seattle and Portland.
• Communicate with clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including test reports and project updates.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Current NETA Level 2 certification (minimum) and be ready to take your NETA 3.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel regularly between Seattle and Portland.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical testing or related field.
• Preferred:
• NETA Level 3 or 4 certification strongly preferred.
• Experience managing teams in a field service environment.
