Position: Lead Teacher
Location: Highlands Ranch, CO
Schedule: FULL TIME

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  
  
• Foster a positive classroom environment that supports each child’s development
  
  
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
  
  
• Maintain daily communication and documentation of children’s progress
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards
  
  

Qualifications:

• CO Early Childhood Certification or equivalent required/preferred
  
  
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
  
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting
  
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  
  
• Passion for nurturing young learners and guiding classroom assistants

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
