The Teradyne Finance team is looking for a highly motivated, and energetic Financial Analyst to support the Sales and Marketing Divisions within the Semiconductor Test Division.   In this role you will play an integral part of strategic planning.  We are seeking an individual who is curious about the business.  Through learning and gaining knowledge you will add value and impact to sales and marketing.

 

This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

•    Responsible for all FP&A (financial planning and analysis) activities for the division
•    Collaborate with the various functional leads to forecast the profit and loss statements for the division.
•    Partner with the VP of Sales and the VP of Marketing team to forecast revenue and margin by account for the current year and 4-year plan.  
•    Track and report weekly Bookings metrics.
•    Help the team to maintain the long-term revenue forecast used for managing growth.
•    Track and report on ROIs for various projects and internal growth projects
•    Work with marketing team to forecast market size and our competitive position over the long-range plan.
•    Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis for Senior Management
•    Responsible for all marketing analytics activities for the division 
•    Track and manage Bookings & Revenue forecasting.
•    Track and report on the market size, our share and competitive position
•    Manage our 3rd party data research accounts and report and track end market trends.
•    Work with marketing team to forecast market size and our competitive position over the long-range plan.
 

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-4years of relevant experience 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think independently. 
  • Strong communication and organization skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with Essbase or other database management systems a plus 

Education

  • 4-year degree in accounting or finance
