We are looking for a senior consultant to drive the development of innovative service offerings and support the commercialization of connected services in a global environment. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while working closely with international stakeholders. 🚀 Key Responsibilities As a Senior Service Owner, you will: Lead the development of scalable service contract concepts Conduct market analysis and develop business cases Define commercial models and pricing strategies Develop and improve monitoring processes for connected products Drive go-to-market activities and commercialization of digital services Create sales enablement and marketing material Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and international teams Drive continuous improvements and support successful market adoption ✅ Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience within Service Management, Business Development, or a similar field Strong experience in business development and strategic planning Proven experience developing business plans and business cases Experience with Service Contract Management and Service Lifecycle Management Experience with Digital Services and/or IoT solutions Experience with go-to-market strategies and commercialization Excellent communication skills in English ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Experience within aftermarket/service business Experience working with dealer or partner networks Change management experience 🌟 Who You Are You are a strategic and results-oriented professional who enjoys driving change and turning ideas into successful business solutions.
