Job Summary
The Analyst – is a key support role for the effective management of operational procurement (Direct and Indirect purchases) in supplier quality and service for the North American Coca-Cola Bottling System The individual will engage in end user training and provide support relating to Purchase Orders and Supplier Invoices. Interact with Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Field Procurement, P2P Operations Personnel, Commodity teams and Suppliers as necessary to insure cost savings, accuracy and compliance of all material management and financial controls for multiple Business Units. This position will also work closely with CONA IT, Bottlers Procurement & suppliers in the management of supplier Indirect Catalog.
Duties and Responsibilities
- P2P reconciliations. Identify and implement process improvements to procurement changes.
- Collaborate with Strategic Procurement & Bottler Clients for related issues.
- Maintain Outline Agreements, pricing updates and Source List creation in SAP systems for Direct Material.
- Trouble shoots pricing and quantity invoice blocks and the go to person for any price discrepancies.
- Manage Supplier Catalogs; PO creation/Receipts (Point of Sale & Capital) for Indirect Purchases
- Support Bottler Procurement in compliance with policies & audit requirements payables.
- Provide ongoing end-user training for Bottler clients.
- Drive analytics and enhance related reporting which may include IT system modifications to develop tools to support Procurement needs.
- Support changes in new technologies or platforms for both indirect and direct Procurement (development; testing and training)
- Ad hoc analysis/tasks as the business requires.
Key Skills and Abilities
- Proven success in managing high level of data complexity and ability to provide concise, accurate information and results
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management - policies, processes, and procedures
- Excellent communication & presentation skills required
- Analytic skills, learning agility, and demonstrated problem solving capability
- Innovation and creativity – ability to apply non-traditional thinking to projects and challenges
- Ability to work independently and efficiently multi-task
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of contract, commercial, and privacy laws and related regulatory and compliance matters
- Proven ability to partner with and provide strategic support to business teams to deliver results while managing risks for the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ARIBA Suite of tools is a plus.
Education Requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or Finance
Years of Experience
- 1-3 or more years of Procurement and Supply Chain Management experience.
- 1-2 years of SAP functional experience
Required Travel
Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.
Hybrid Work Environment
CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager’s discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager’s discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
