Travel Director of Nursing (DON)

Legacy Health Services is looking for a Travel Director of Nursing to bring clinical excellence, compassionate care, and strong leadership to our family of skilled nursing facilities in the Cleveland area.
What You’ll Do:
• Step in as DON at various Legacy locations to support transitions, cover leaves, or assist with special projects
• Lead and mentor nursing teams to deliver top-tier resident care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical outcomes
• Be a stabilizing force and a source of inspiration wherever you go!
What You’ll Need:
✔ Valid RN license in the State of Ohio
✔ Previous DON experience in long-term care required
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Flexibility to travel to multiple facilities across Ohio
✔ A passion for people and a heart for healthcare
