Data Analyst

We are thrilled to invest in a driven, quality-focused, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuable data insights by analyzing data for reporting to positively impact our success as well as through developing automated, robust dashboards that enable Account leaders to access critical information to inform and drive their business. 

  

YOUR TASKS  

• Responsible for data management, data analysis, and reporting for US organization
• Deliver recurring reports and dashboards on business performance 
• Ability to create reports/dashboards related to Forecasting, budgeting, performance, and  SLA’s 
• Ability to pull data from multiple sources; compiling the data into meaningful insights that drive actions within the organization
• Knowledge and understanding of designing dashboards
• Supports designs and implementation of analytic frameworks and strategy roadmap
• Strong presentation skills and ability to create a story with data and visual analytics
• Ability to make recommendations for action
• Extended interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical issues to non-technical audiences

  

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience (2 years minimum) in a data engineering or analytics role, ideally within Logistics/3PL industry.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Power BI, and related Azure tools
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and comparable languages
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BO
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Experience in common ticketing tools such as Jira
• Experience in working on global teams across different time zones
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Familiarity with Data Science Principles preferred
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management preferred
