Greenway Kia Franklin - Automotive Title Clerk

Greenway KIA Franklin is looking for a professional and organized Title Clerk to join us in supporting our dealership staff.

The ideal candidate must have a pleasant and helpful personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous automotive dealership experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Open & accurately record incoming titles daily.
• Verify all documents are signed & completed.
• Process & take care of wholesale title work for auction.
• Process paperwork on a timely basis
• Prepare & submit all legal transfer documents to the state DMV.
• Prepare tax & title documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Basic accounting and posting skills.
• CVR/DLRMV experience preferred.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
